Casa Loron is cherished and maintained as our second home. We offer an exceptionally well equipped, three bedroom, two bathroom penthouse apartment, benefiting from a large terrace and an eighty square metre top floor solarium, both are fully equipped for outdoor living including large BBQ and an array of tables, chairs and loungers. The terrace is southwest facing allowing maximum exposure to the sun and if that becomes too much there is a electronic awning which can be used when shade is needed.

Situated “front line golf” the apartment offers uninterrupted views of the third and fourth fairways. A large lake with central fountain offers peace, quite and an outstanding vista which you will never tire of whilst relaxing in the Costa Del Sol sun, or, taking a meal or drink on the terraces.

We are located just a few steps from a large peaceful (usually) pool, in tropical gardens surrounded by sun beds and sun shades offering shower and toilet facilities.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room including large fridge freezer, oven with hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer all supplied by Bosch.

The main double bedroom has a large en suite bathroom, the other two bedrooms are larger than usual, both offering two beds, one set can be combined to make a large king size bed.

The apartment has marble floor throughout and is fully air conditioned.

For your entertainment, Casa Loron has a thirty-two inch flat screen TV with DVD, Satellite TV (uk freeview and European channels) and an IPOD Docking Station with speakers. There is fee wireless broad band access at the golf club and in bars locally.
